Your music teachers have been busy preparing the third and fourth-grade students for their Spring Concert.
- Your concert is scheduled for Friday, April 17th at 8:30 (3rd) and 9:15 (4th) AM.
- Please make sure the MPR is reserved for that time slot.
- Your music teachers for this concert are: Ryan Abdelmalek, Michaela Aimone, Kirstan Hilton, and Gavin Downing.
- Your point of contact for this concert is Kirstan Hilton. She will confirm the MPR set-up with the custodians.
- Where appropriate, our music teachers will also reach out to classroom teachers with links to concert songs for classroom use. The music teachers will teach the songs, but your reinforcement is always appreciated.
- When possible, music teachers will bring their classes into the MPR for a dress rehearsal during their regular music class time. If the MPR is unavailable during music class, they will ask classroom teachers to take the classes to practice, where they sit in the bleachers (no music), at a convenient time.
- This concert will feature a variety of singing and instrumental performances. To facilitate this, the students will perform from the bleachers, facing the screen to read their music. The music teachers will need to use the screen and sound system. Kirstan will coordinate the details for this.
