Details:
•Check-in time: 8:00–8:45 a.m.
   Coaches, please ensure all team members are present when checking in at the WEC lobby. In order to enter the team room, a coach/proctor must be present. Have your teams meet in the WEC parking lot before checking in.

• Primary Coaches will receive a packet of instructions and will need to verify names and pronunciations.

• Please submit permission slips and pronunciation forms prior to the event to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.

• Coaches and proctors will receive their table assignments upon check-in.

• Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the testing room, so please plan accordingly.

  •  Supporters and family members will not be allowed to enter the Burwoods testing room until the awards ceremony

  •  Teams and families will have access to multiple rooms at WEC to gather and prepare while waiting to enter the testing room (Burwoods).

  •      Awards will be given to the top individual scorer(s) per team and the top three teams.

Tentative Schedule

• 8:00–8:45 a.m. — Check-in

• 9:00 a.m. — Burwood open for individual event

• 9:05–9:15 a.m. — Welcome, agenda, and individual test rules

• 9:15–9:45 a.m. — Individual test

• 9:45–10:15 a.m. — Review individual test solutions/scoring

• 10:15–10:30 a.m. — Break

• 10:30–10:45 a.m. —Burwood open for group event

• 10:45–11:15 a.m. — Group test

• 11:15–11:45 a.m. — Review group test solutions

• 11:45 a.m.–12:30 p.m. — Lunch

    A coffee cart will be available throughout the event for the purchase of drinks and snacks.

   Teams/families are welcomed to provide their own drinks and food

  • 12:30–1:00 p.m. — Awards ceremony
